Sponsorship Contract

BIGGER AND BETTER: The Maine Municipal Association and Maine GIS User Group in 2020 expands its annual technology event to become the Municipal Technology & New Energy Conference, which will provide a wealth of new educational offerings to members and exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities as well. We will continue to honor technology topics such as internet access and broadband, cyber security, GIS tools and website development. MMA also will provide a new energy “track” of workshops looking at solar power, LED lighting conversion, electric fleet vehicles – and more. The 2020 Municipal Technology & New Energy Conference will be held on Tuesday, April 28 in the main portion of the Augusta Civic Center. We hope to see you there.

Partner – $550.00

  • Two complimentary conference registrations (additional registrations billed at $100 each)
  • Booth: tables are 8’ long (30” deep) and include one table cloth, skirting, 2 chairs and electricity.
  • Special ribbons on name badges
  • Company logo listing in program booklet/MMA website/signage throughout conference area

Sponsoring Partner – $1,750.00 (limited to THREE companies, first come-first PAID basis) Reserved

  • THREE complimentary conference registrations (additional registrations billed at $100 each)

  • Full page black and white ad on inside of program booklet (4.5” wide x 7.5” high - PDF)

**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT BOOTHS**:

**Booth arrangement/ placement is not guaranteed and may change closer to the event date depending on final number of Partners.**

Tables are 8’ long (30” deep) and include one table cloth, skirting, 2 chairs and electricity. Spacing between each table will be the minimum allowed for attendee traffic to flow through our Partner area. Please be sure any items you bring for display at your space do not block aisles or other table top spaces.We will assign all booth spaces randomly for Partners in the Partner area. (MMA reserves the right to ask any display items be removed if blocking or restricting access to other tables.) We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

PAYMENT POLICY & TERMS: All invoices must be paid in full no later than April 10, 2020 in order to be recognized in all print material and to guarantee booth space. If payment is not received by due date, MMA reserves the right to release booth space and cancel sponsorship.

CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY: In the event you need to cancel your partner sponsorship, please inform MMA in writing via email to: Sue Bourdon at: sbourdon@memun.org. Any and all cancellations received BEFORE April 10, 2020 will be billed a $200.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellations received AFTER April 10, 2020 will be billed in full for sponsorship/booth space and any other additional purchases. NO-SHOWS: Any and all no-shows will be billed in full.
