South Portland’s Linda Cohen to Assume MMA Presidency

South Portland City Councilor Linda Cohen was sworn in as president of the Maine Municipal Association earlier this month, a post that she officially will assume in January 2018. Vassalboro Town Manager Mary Sabins was elected Vice President of MMA’s 12-member Executive Committee. Biddeford City Manager James Bennett and Portland City Councilor Jill Duson were elected to new terms on the Executive Committee, and Ellsworth City Councilor Gary Fortier was re-elected.
