The position of Planner is a professional administrative position responsible for performing Town planning duties including, but not limited to, development review, development of, and revisions to, the Comprehensive Master Plan, Land Use and Subdivision Ordinances, and other related regulations, ordinances and policies. This position works under the general guidance and direct supervision of the Planning Director. Work is evaluated through observation, review and reporting.

The town offers a competitive benefits package that includes an option to enroll in the Maine State Retirement System and a 4-day work week. The starting salary range for this position is $75,829 to $84,073 annually.   Interviews may happen concurrently with the posting.
