The 4th Annual Municipal Human Resources & Management Conference – An aging work force, low unemployment and tight municipal budgets in Maine create increased challenges for municipal elected officials, managers, human resource directors, supervisors and department heads. As a result, municipalities are more concerned than ever about employee recruitment, uses of technology in the workplace, health-care and other employee benefits, initiatives aimed at reducing costs and services, optimizing employee performance and following the assorted laws that go along with these topics. This timely conference is designed to be a “one-stop shop” – one day, well-spent, concentrating on Management topics.

Sponsor Table-top Spaces:

Due to the layout up at Thomas College, the Sponsor area for table-top spaces is not a traditional exhibitor type format. Table-top spaces will be interspersed throughout the Conference Registration and food/beverage areas.
The opening session, attendee registration and lunch will all take place in Spann Student Commons. We will provide plenty of time for attendees to interact with all Sponsors. Other sessions will take place directly across from Spann Student Commons in the Ayotte Auditorium Center.

All invoices must be paid in full no later than May 31, 2018 in order to be recognized in all printed material.

Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your sponsorship, please inform MMA in writing via email to: Jaime Clark at: Any and all cancellations received BEFORE May 31, 2018 will be billed a $200.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellations received AFTER May 31, 2018 will be billed in full for sponsorship/table-top space and any other additional purchases.


NO-SHOWS: Any and all no-shows will be billed in full.


PAYMENT POLICY & TERMS: All invoices must be paid in full no later than May 31, 2018 in order to be recognized in all print material and to guarantee table-top space. If payment is not received, MMA reserves the right to release table-top space and cancel sponsorship.
