Law firm Manager / Administrator - Bergen Parkinson

Full service Maine law firm of 15-20 attorneys seeks law firm Manager/Administrator. The person in this position shall be responsible for managing operations of the Firm, including, without limitation: business operations of the firm; supervising personnel and human resources; managing the Firm’s IT systems, including those required to meet TRID and other banking regulations; working collaboratively with accounting in regards to financial functions; assisting in marketing, recruiting and client development activities and; supervising the facilities of the firm.  

This position does not require prior law firm experience, although law firm experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a strong human resources and community marketing background as well as knowledge of relevant IT and document management systems used in a law firm. The Firm operates with a collaborative management style among members and manager.
