Waterfront Director - Monmouth

The Town of Monmouth is looking to fill the position for Waterfront Director for the 2019 season.  The Director will create and oversee all waterfront programs.  This includes scheduling and supervision of lifeguards.  The qualified applicant will be an effective leader, teacher, and supervisor with a pleasant, approachable demeanor.  This position works closely with the Recreation Director, Town Manager, and the Recreation Commission to ensure that a safe, fun, and nurturing program is provided to all residents. 

Minimum qualifications include;

-Prior experience working in the waterfront (lake) setting

-Prior supervisory experience

-Must be capable of meeting the needs of children of all ages and abilities

-Current certifications required including but not limited to; American Red Cross Lifeguarding and Water Safety, CPR, and WSI.
