The Town of Lyman seeks competitive proposals for a complete revaluation of all taxable and tax-exempt real property within the Town effective April 1, 2020. The expected tax commitment date, using these values, is August 23rd, 2020. Proposals should meet the standards listed in the Contract for Revaluation Services.
Sealed Proposals shall be marked “Proposal – Equalization Project” and mailed/delivered to Assessor, Town of Lyman, 11 So. Waterboro Road, Lyman, ME 04002 , by 3:00 PM, May 3rd, 2019. All proposals will be publicly opened at the 6:00 PM Select Board’s Meeting on May 6th, 2019. The Town will notify the selected company of its selection by 4:00 PM, May 21st, 2019.

The Town reserves the right to reject any, any part of, or all Proposals; to waive informalities and technicalities and to accept that Proposal which the Town deems to be in the best interest of the Town whether or not it is the lowest dollar Proposal.
