The Maine Water Environment Association will hold its annual Fall Convention at Point Lookout in Northport, Maine on September 11-13, 2019. Typically, the Convention is attended by over 300 water professionals and provides a great opportunity for vendors to present information about their companies to potential clients.
This year, MeWEA will be offering 37 technical sessions, with allotted times for vendor interaction. Thursday afternoon will also have a 2-hour Meet & Greet period, a corn-hole tournament with food and beverages hosted by the Collection Systems Committee immediately following and then a vendor sponsored hospitality suite later in the evening. As done in the past, prizes will be raffled during the Meet & Greet period. Vendors are welcome to donate prizes for this raffle and will be recognized for their contributions. If interested in donating prizes, please provide them to the Convention registration desk personnel during check-in. The vendor raffle is coordinated by the Young Professionals Committee. The goal is to encourage attendee/vendor interaction by increasing the traffic flow to vendor booths.
Installation and Removal Time
Exhibitors will be allowed to set up between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Limited space available for storage. No exhibitor will be allowed to remove their exhibit, or any part of it, until Friday, September 13, 2019 at 11:30 AM.
