Complete Subsurface Wastewater Disposal System at New Gloucester Fairgrounds

The Town of New Gloucester is requesting bids for a complete subsurface wastewater disposal system at the Town of New Gloucester Fairgrounds, 106 Bald Hill Road, on Town-owned property. Bid Packets may be obtained at the Town Office, 385 Intervale Road, New Gloucester, Maine, 04260 during regular business hours or by emailing smyers@newgloucester.com, or by calling 207-926-4126 ext. 1.

Any questions on the Bid Packet should be directed to Public Works Director, Ted Shane, at 207-650-0286 during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the exterior, “Town of New Gloucester Fairgrounds Wastewater Disposal System” to William Kerbin, Town Manager by 6:00pm., Monday, August 1, 2024. The Board of Selectmen will open and read the bids at 7:00pm, Monday, August 1, 2024 at the New Gloucester Meetinghouse during their regularly scheduled meeting. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
