The Town of Hollis is seeking energetic, creative and professional candidates to apply to become our next Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation. This full-time position assists the Director of Parks and Recreation with the innovation and planning of community programs, as well as Summer Rec and Before/Aftercare programming for school-aged children. Position reports directly to the Director of Parks and Recreation and works collaboratively with the Director of Childcare. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required; 5+ years working in a recreational management role a plus. Must enjoy working with children and attain CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, and includes a generous benefits package.
