The Freeport Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Summer Parking Attendant.  We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals that enjoy working outdoors and enjoy working independently, as well as in a team setting.  If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge, this would be a great opportunity.

 

The schedule is 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 5 PM.  These hours would be split amongst the employees that are hired. However, this schedule is subject to change based on weather and operational needs.  The position will run from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

 

The position reports directly to the Lieutenant.  Uniform shirts will be provided.  The pay will be $20.00 per hour and the applicant must be at least 18 years of age.  Requirements for this position are contained in the attached job description.
