The Town of West Paris is currently seeking a canidate for a part time, as needed, on call position as Code Enforcement Officer/Local Plumbing Inspector/Health Officer. The successful candidate must be willing to meet all State of Maine requirements as CEO/LPI/Health Officer within one year. 

This position is a technical and administrative position that is responsible for enforcing Town ordinances, zoning ordinances, as well as any other applicable State and Federal rules and regulations. 

The potential candidate must be able to read and understand site plans, buildng plans, as well as being knowledgable with Shoreland Zoning regulations.

This job requires that the CEO attend all meetings of the Planning Board (2nd Tuesday of every month) as well as including informaton for the Planning Board to review.
