We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Childcare for our Aftercare and Summer Rec programs for school-aged children.  This full-time position oversees the daily operations of these programs and our childcare counselors. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a passion for nurturing young minds and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.  This position works collaboratively with the Assistant Director and is a direct report to the Director of Parks and Recreation.  Requirements include: High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications, experience working with children.  Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, and also includes a generous benefits package.
