The Town of Hollis Fire and Rescue Department is currently accepting applications for (1) Full-Time Firefighter/EMS Provider.  Hollis is a growing town of approximately 33 square miles with an estimated population of 5000 people.  The department answers 700 calls for service annually with a combination staffing of Full-Time, per diem, call company and fire police.

Compensation & Benefits:  Wages - $23.80-28.05 starting depending on qualifications; Lateral transfers steps considered; Schedule 24/48/24/96; Maine PERS Retirement 3C 2/3 at 25 years, no age or 457B; Vacation and Sick Time; Paid Holidays; Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance; Short-Term Disability; Paid Trainings; Paid EMS Certifications with retention contract.

Required Qualfications:  Firefighter II (Firefighter I or BLS considered).  Maine EMS License (Advanced/Paramedic Preferred, EMT Considered); BPOC & EVOC; Valid Driver's License; High School Diploma or Equivalent.
