Deputy Clerk/ Deputy Tax Collector / Elections Assistant

The Town of New Gloucester is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Deputy Clerk. Candidates should possess good organizational and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and computer knowledge. The person should be capable of multi-tasking. Duties include but not limited to motor vehicle registrations, sports licensing, recreational vehicle registrations, dog licensing, vital records preparation and voter registration. 

Previous experience preferred in working within a municipal or state office, but not mandated. Strong computer and customer service skills are required. Experience and familiarity with TRIO is a plus.  This is a full-time hourly position.
