Town of Ogunquit –Fire Captain | Paramedic | Advanced EMT Position

The Town of Ogunquit, “Beautiful Place by the Sea,” is seeking applicants for career Fire Captain /Paramedic or Firefighter/A-EMT for its Fire-Rescue Department. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to response to Fire & EMS incidents, life safety inspections, station & equipment maintenance, fire prevention training, record keeping, Fire & EMS training and other duties assigned.

Salary range $77,085 - $89,303 based on education and qualifications with comprehensive benefits package as defined in the union contract.  Shift schedule is as follows: 24hour shifts 1-2-1-4 schedule. 

Applicants should be an active career firefighter with a minimum of 6 years of fire service experience. Have held rank for at least 1 year or have equivalent training and experience.
