The Town of Sebago, Maine is seeking a full-time Code Enforcment Officer.  The CEO also serves as the Plumbing Inspector and E911 Addressing Officer.  The CEO will be responsible for all inspections and enforcement to include extensive Shore Land Zoning.  Will also work closely with the Town Planner and Planning Board.

Previous experience in the code enforcement field with knowledge in all phases of the code enforcement process to include Shore land zoning is prefferred.  Must possess, or be able to obtain within one year, State certifications in accordance with MRSA 30-A Sections 4201-4204 and 4451.  

The CEO must be prepared to spend time outside to include wooded and hilly areas and must be capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.  A minimum of a H.S. diploma and preferrably a 2 year vocational program.
