MMA Legal Services issued a new supplement to its Town Meeting & Elections Manual. The Supplement No. 2, which was issued on January 24, 2024, updates the January 2020 version of the Manual to reflect recent legislative changes and court decisions. These changes have been incorporated into the online version of the Manual, but we encourage you to print Supplement No. 2 for use with printed versions.
