TOWN OF FRYEBURG INVITATION TO BID

172 NORTH FRYEBURG ROAD BUILDING DEMOLITION & PROPERTY CLEAN UP

The Town of Fryeburg, Maine is seeking competitive bids for the demolition and removal of the single family home, located at 172 North Fryeburg Road in Fryeburg and the restoration of the Property to its pre-development state.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside "Demolition Bid – 172 North Fryeburg Road" and shall be addressed to Katie Haley, Town Manager, Town of Fryeburg, 16 Lovewell Pond Road, Fryeburg, ME 04037, or hand-delivered to the Town Office.

In order to be considered bids must be received no later than 11:00 AM on April 22, 2025. Bids will be opened publicly immediately thereafter and read aloud.
