Sealed bids will be accepted at the City of Brewer Water Pollution Control Facility, 37 Oak Street, Brewer Maine, until 2:00 pm. Monday December 9, 2024. Bids will be opened in the Directors office after the 2:00 pm deadline has expired. Bidders acknowledge that the item is being sold "as is, where is," without warranty, either implied or expressed. The City of Brewer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidders will be notified by mail or phone, and will have 7 days to make arrangements to payior and retrieve the item bid upon. In the event that payment arrangements have not been concluded within 7 days the equipment will be offered to the next highest bidder.
