The Town of Cushing is pleased to invite you to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for  Managed IT Services. The intention of this RFP is to solicit responses and formal proposals from  qualified Managed IT Services Providers (MSPs) and select a single organization to provide IT  services to The Town of Cushing.

With this RFP, The Town of Cushing is requesting information about your company and the  IT products and solutions you provide as outlined in the Service Requirements section. This  information will be gathered from several different organizations and used to evaluate  provider options for The Town of Cushing.  

The RFP is modeled from an openly available template and therefore may request  information that is more desirable than necessary. The Town is focused initially on cyber  security, privacy and infrastructure integrity. The mandatory services and products should  be the core response from vendors. That being said, the Town is still interested in evaluating  both the cost and benefits of desirable elements outlined in the scope. Each vendor should separate the mandatory, desirable, nice-to-have and irrelevant components, discussing the  merits or otherwise of their choice. 

This RFP is issued solely for information and planning purposes. This document does not  commit The Town of Cushing to contract for any service, supply, or subscription whatsoever.  The Town of Cushing will not reimburse any information or administrative costs incurred as  a result of participation in response to the RFP. All costs associated with response will solely  reside at the responding party’s expense. Despite this disclaimer the Town is committed to  moving forward with the mandatory services and products very quickly. Budgets for 2025  are being determined now.
