The Town of Gray is seeking proposals for an engineering feasibility study to explore solutions for installing a public municipal wastewater system within the Town. Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 PM on April 9, 2025, at the Town of Gray located at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine, 04039.

The Town of Gray, acting through the Department of Economic Development, seeks an engineering firm to investigate different municipal wastewater solutions for the Town. Proposals will be evaluated on several factors including but not limited to the: overall strategy to complete the feasibility study; previous experience completing studies of similar scope; price of services; and additional evaluation criteria. To be considered, interested engineering firms must submit a proposal in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP), in the manner described in the full request, and labeled “CONFIDENTIAL Proposal for Town of Gray Municipal Wastewater Feasibility Study.”
