Town of Deer Isle Request for Demolition and Removal

The Town of Deer Isle is accepting bids on demolition and removal of a building and associated materials at the Bridge End Park, Route 15, Little Deer Isle. Details and images are posted to www.townofdeerisle.org.  

Site visits can also be arranged with the Town Manager at 207-348-2324 Ext 16, or  deerislemanager@gmail.com) as needed. Bid must include labor, materials and equipment as well as removal and disposal of all materials. Work needs to be completed by November 1, 2024. 

Sealed bids labeled “Bridge End Building Demolition'' will be accepted at the Deer Isle Town Office, until 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Sealed Bids will be opened that night at the Select Board Meeting at 5:00P.M.

Proof of insurance and independent contractor status is required. 

The Town of Deer Isle reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole.
