NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING PLANS TO BE COMPLETED ON HAROLD ROSS ROAD AND DALLAS HILL ROAD

Dallas Plantation, Maine will receive sealed proposals for Engineering Plans for Harold Ross Road and the Plantation maintained portion of Dallas Hill Road until 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. Sealed proposals may be delivered directly to the Dallas Plantation Office, 436 Dallas Hill Road Dallas Plantation, Maine or by mail, PO Box 460 Rangeley, ME 04970. All proposals will be publicly opened and read by the Board of Assessors at a public meeting to begin at 6:00 PM at the Town House, 436 Dallas Hill Road, Dallas Plantation, Maine on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

Proposals must be submitted in writing, addressed to Dallas Plantation Board of Assessors Attn: RFP Engineering Harold Ross Road and Dallas Hill Road. Proposals will not be accepted by email or fax.

Bidder assumes full responsibility for delivery method. The Plantation is not responsible for any bids that fail to be delivered on or before the designated time and to the designated location provided by this advertisement, regardless of fault.

Proposal and request for proposal forms are on file at the Dallas Plantation Office. Forms may be picked up at the office, 436 Dallas Hill Road, Dallas Plantation, Maine or requested from the Plantation Clerk, Katrina Gacki through email at [email protected] or by phone 207.864.5991.
