Invitation for Construction Manager Qualifications

The Town of South Berwick is seeking a Statement of Qualifications for Construction Management Firms for the upcoming renovations to the South Berwick Town Hall. Qualification packages are to be submitted no later than May 15, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. to Executive Assistant, Dawn Moreau via email [email protected] or in person at 180 Main Street, South Berwick, ME  03908. The phased project consists of renovations to the Historic South Berwick Town Hall and includes interior renovations, exterior improvements, new mechanical and electrical systems and upgrades to existing systems.
