The Town of Cushing is accepting bids on demolition and removal of a partial outbuilding and above ground pool and associated materials at 3 Davis Point Rd in Cushing.

Site visits can also be arranged via email (cushingme@roadrunner.com) as needed. Bid must include labor, materials and equipment as well as removal and disposal of all materials. 

Work needs to be completed by September 1, 2024. Sealed bids labeled “Davis Point demolition'' will be accepted at the Cushing Town Office, until 4:30 P.M. on Monday, July 22, 2024. Sealed Bids will be opened that night at the Select Board Meeting at 6:00P.M.

Proof of insurance and independent contractor status (if needed) is required. 

The Town of Cushing reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole.
