Town of Cushing Town Salt/Sand Shed Repair Bid Request

The Town of Cushing is accepting bids on repairs needed for the Town Salt/Sand shed located at 38 Cross Road. Details of the repair include sealing the concrete base (and up to 2 feet onto the metal siding) to prevent leaks and seal coating the roof joists from leakage. 

Site visits can also be arranged via email (cushingme@roadrunner.com) as needed. Bid must include labor, materials and equipment as well as removal and disposal of all old materials. .

Work needs to be completed by September 1, 2024. Sealed bids labeled “2024 Town Shed Repairs'' will be accepted at the Cushing Town Office, until 4:30 P.M. on Monday, July 22, 2024. Sealed Bids will be opened that night at the Select Board Meeting at 6:00P.M.

Proof of insurance and independent contractor status (if needed) is required. 

The Town of Cushing reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole.
