MURRAY ROWE PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The Town of Eliot is requesting sealed bids for the Murray Rowe Park Improvement Project in
accordance with documents, specifications, plans, term and conditions.
Bids will be accepted by the Town of Eliot at their temporary Town Hall located at 28 Levesque Drive
Unit #9, Eliot Commons, Eliot, Maine until 2:00 PM EST on April 30, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud.

All bids must be submitted in writing and enclosed within a sealed envelope clearly marked:

All bids must be made on the forms supplied, and the forms must be fully completed when
submitted.
Bidder assumes full responsibility for appropriate delivery (via whatever means, including mail) on
or before the designated time and to the designated location. The municipality is not responsible
for any bids that fail to be delivered on or before the designated time, and to the designated
location specified by this advertisement, regardless of fault.

There will be a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 10 AM at Murray Rowe Park, 510
River Road, Eliot, Maine.
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is encouraged but not mandatory.
Only those considering submitting a bid should attend this meeting.

The request for proposals, contract documents, specifications and plans may be examined at the
Town of Eliot temporary Town Hall located at 28 Levesque Drive Unit #9, Eliot Commons, Eliot, Maine
and will be posted electronically on the town's website www.eliotmaine.gov. We encourage all bidders to review the complete documents.
