The Town of Gray is seeking quotes from appraisers who are qualified to conduct appraisals per the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA).

The Town invites a submission of quotes from certified UASFLA appraisers to conduct appraisals and an appraisal review, to be submitted to the National Parks Service as part of the Town of Gray’s Land and Water Conservation Fund grant conversion process. The Town will select two appraisers/appraisal firms; one to conduct the appraisals and another to conduct the review.
