The Town of Greenville is soliciting a contractor interested in working with the Town for the construction of the YES Project Building (Youth Education & Sports).  The building will be located adjacent to the Greenville Consolidated School. Proposers must file their interest in receiving an RFQ/RFP with the Town in an email titled “YES Project building” or in writing. Request for Proposal will be accepted until 5 pm 3/14/2025, at the Greenville Town Office, 7 Minden Street, Greenville, Me. 04441 (Mailing Address: PO Box 1109, Greenville, Me. 04441), or by sending electronically to [email protected]

The Town of Greenville reserves the right to reject or disregard any Request for a Quotation or Statement of Qualifications or Request for Proposals, in whole or in part, based on the Town’s sole discretion. The evaluation and selection process entails the exercise of judgement and subjective analysis and decision-making. By submitting a Statement of Qualifications/ Proposals, the Proposer waives the Town’s administration or conduct of the process; and/or any final decisions or selections made by the Town.
