The Town of Winthrop is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to upgrade the existing roofing insulation at the municipal ambulance garage in order to adequately thermoregulate the attic space for the entire structure. Sealed proposals clearly marked "Ambulance Station Roofing Insulation Proposal" may be addressed and delivered to Deborah Nichols, Town of Winthrop, 17 Highland Ave., Winthrop, ME 04364, until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2025. Proposals will be opened immediately after the submission deadline at the Town Office, 17 Highland Ave. The public is welcome to attend. The winning proposal will be awarded after evaluation of all proposals and approval by the Winthrop Town Council. The Town of Winthrop reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
