The Town of St. George is seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time assessors agent
position for all aspects of administering the assessment process. This position is a minimum
of (3) days per month, with more days as needed.
The ideal candidate should be qualified as a Certified Maine Assessor with (5) years
experience preferred. Experience using Trio software applications is also preferred, but not
required. Duties include, but are not limited to; data entry, data analysis, customer service
and correspondence with residents, maintenance of office records, completing State and
County reports, map updates, public interaction, field work, commitment, process
abatements/supplements, and sales analysis.
