The Town of Arundel is seeking candidates for the position of Code Enforcement Officer. The position works within the Land Use Office and is responsible  to review plans, issue building permits, inspect buildings and other structures and enforce all rules and ordinances of the State and Municipality. Knowledge of B.O.C.A. codes,  plumbing codes and permit regulations, general construction and plumbing methods. Ability to conduct field inspections, recognize violations and obtain compliance.

Arundel is looking to fill this position by December 31, 2024 and if the sucessful candidate can work with the current CEO before his retirement this would be a plus.
