The Town of Greenville is seeking a qualified, responsive and energetic candidate for the position of Full- Time or Part-time Town Deputy Clerk.  

The Deputy Clerk is responsible for Municipal Office tasks’ including: motor vehicle registrations, issuing hunting & fishing licenses, property tax collections, town and state elections, vital records along with other various municipal office duties. Greenville has a four (4) ten (10) hour day schedule with 3-day weekends, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays the office is closed.

The ideal candidate should have excellent computer, organizational and communication skills. We are seeking a team player who is a highly motivated individual, a multi-tasker and enjoys working with the public. Previous experience in cash handling and complying with cash control systems & knowledge of the Greenville & Moosehead Lake areas are desired.

The ideal candidate will have municipal experience, however candidates with comparable experience and skill sets are encouraged to apply.
