The Town of Sweden, Maine is seeking an individual to serve as Town Clerk, Tax Collector and Registrar of Voters. This part time position requires working 14-16 opem office hours per week and any other closed office hours to complete the requirements of the position. This position is responsible for Town records and vital statistics; issuance of various licenses and permits; presentation, recording and maintenance of official documents; supervision of elections; tax collection. Applicants should be detail-oriented and possess strong computer skills. Experience in municipal government and TRIO software is preferred however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
