The Norway Police Department is looking for qualified and professional applicants to join our team. Located in the scenic Oxford Hills region of Western Maine, Norway is a diverse and supportive community of around 5000 residents. With competitive pay and benefits, The Norway Police Department employes nine full time officers, providing 24/7 emergency and investigative services.

With a philosophy of community based proactive policing, The Norway Police Department fosters close working relationships with many neighboring agencies in order to provide a high level of service for our citizens, the citizens of Oxford County and the State of Maine. This includes a digital forensics lab, an unmanned aerial vehicle team, affiliation with FBI Safe Streets Gang Task Force and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

-Hourly pay starting at $23.55, up to $29.30 for five-year lateral transfers
