The Topsham Police Department is currently seeking qualified candidates whose personal values match our team’s Core Values of Integrity, Service to others, and Accountability for a part-time (25 hours per week) non-benefitted receptionist/clerk position. The pay rate for this position is $23.50 per hour. The successful candidate will be performing a variety of administrative, operational and confidential tasks in keeping official records and reports. This person will be the initial point of contact with the public at the lobby window, primary call-taker for department’s business telephone, perform data entry for violations, summons, and complaints, upload court paperwork for pending trials and hearings, and assist the Records Clerk with a variety of administrative tasks.
