The Maine Municipal Association is currently accepting resumes for the position of Administrative Support Specialist in our Administrative Services department.
Work involves a wide variety of clerical, administrative and general office assignments supporting all the departments within MMA. This employee will be cross trained in a variety of duties including mailroom, production, receptionist and data entry.
The successful candidate will have a solid administrative background including proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, word processing, and database systems. Ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to adapt readily to the demands of a fast-paced environment are required. Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent required along with a minimum of two years working in an office setting. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize is essential.
