The Parks and Recreation Department of the Town of Brunswick seeks candidates for a part-time Afterschool Supervisor position.
The ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrated supervisory skills and background in working with children and customer service. Additional requirements include strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; provides a positive and helpful attitude while working with the public. This position is responsible for organizing, implementing, and supervising a group of young children at the Brunswick Rec Afterschool program. Ensuring the children’s safety while providing a fun experience in an organized and controlled environment will be the priority of this position.
This is a part-time position and will work an average 18–20-hour work week from September to June. Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 2:45pm-5:30pm during the school year (excluding holidays and school vacations). This position will pay $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
