The City of Bangor has a unique opportunity for an Appraiser in the City's Assessing Department. This position allows for a direct contribution to the local community by conducting personal and real property appraisals within the City and assisting in the operation of the overall assessment function. The City of Bangor has launched into a city-wide revaluation and the Appraiser will play an important role in that process.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a comprehensive benefits package. Some of the benefit highlights for this position include:

Pay range: $33.54 to $45.04 per hour (based on 37.5-hour work week, scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
