The City of Somersworth, NH seeks qualified applicants for the Assistant Finance Director. This position assists the Director of Finance & Administration in carrying out the functional and operational responsibilities of the department. Bachelors' degree in accounting or related field and 3-5 yrs accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of training/experience may be considered. Municipal finance experience a plus. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including NH Retirement System, medical, dental, STD and life insurance, holidays and paid time off. Pay range $74,557.65 to $95,031.24.
