The Town of Kennebunkport, Maine, is seeking a full-time experienced Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and report repairs
- Restock cleaning supplies and restroom products
- Keep up with town flower beds and lawns
We are looking for a team-oriented person to work under the direction of the Operations Manager or their designee to perform semi-skilled labor maintaining the Town’s facilities using a variety of equipment. This position will be responsible for weekly maintenance work at and around all Town facilities, coordinating outside contractors and vendors for services needed for facilities improvements, and keeping detailed logs of tasks performed.
