City of Portland - Customer Service Representative - Parking Division
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 10:30 - 6:30 p.m.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Parking Division! This role will be responsible for greeting customers and providing directions and information to the public. The work will be done while handling constant two-way radio communications with field personnel and by answering multiple phone lines. Additionally, this role will issue permits, accept and reconcile cash, check and credit card payments while maintaining reports from the database, and performing data entry of parking tickets and permits.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and data entry skills.
• Experience answering phones in a work setting with multiple distractions.
• Ability to operate a two-way radio.
• Excellent computer skills including recent working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Salary & Benefits:
This is a union position, CEBA (Grade 9) - Starting at $20.34/hr.
