TOWN OF JEFFERSON - DEPUTY TOWN CLERK POSITION

The Town of Jefferson is seeking a qualified, motivated, detail-oriented individual to fill the full-time 37 hour/week position of Deputy Town Clerk. Jefferson has a four-day work week, Mondays through Thursdays. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills. The perfect candidate will have municipal experience, however, candidates with comparable experience and skills will be provided with the appropriate training. Duties include working with Vital Statistics, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Inland Fisheries, voter registration, assistance with elections, and record-keeping.
