A BONUS of up to $10,000 is offered to the right candidate with a CDL B license as follows:

For CDL B license holders with 0-1 Public Works experience - $2,500
For CDL B license holders with 2-4 years of Public Works experience - $5,000
For CDL B license holders with 5+ years of Public Works experience - $10,000

Join the Kennebunkport Public Works team as an Equipment Operator / Truck Driver! We’re looking for a problem-solver who can handle winter plow routes and assist with summer road maintenance. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range starting at $27.02/h (with no public works experience) and up to $30.27/h (with 5 years of public works experience) and an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid leaves. The schedule changes in the summer. A High School diploma, 2 years of related experience, and a valid Class A or B CDL are preferred.
