IMMEDIATE OPENING - Full-Time Accounting Coordinator at Two Bridges Regional Jail (Wiscasset)

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of full-time Accounting Coordinator.  This position performs clerical and accounting work in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipting, financial reporting and grant management.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance or bookkeeping required
• Proficiency in the use of integrated financial accounting programs desirable
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Organization, prioritization and time management skills in order to meet frequent deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills in working with colleagues, elected officials, and the general public
