Lincoln County is seeking qualified candidates for the position of full-time Executive Assistant in the Administrative Office.  This position provides support to a team that manages the business of County government.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3-4 years of progressively-responsible work experience in an office setting, with government experience a plus
• Proficiency in the use of modern software programs, including MS 365, Zoom and website editing
• Organization, prioritization, and time management skills in order to meet frequent deadlines
• Excellent oral and written commuincation skills, including document preparation and proofreading
• Excellent people skills collaborating with colleagues, elected officials, and the general public
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems independently
