The Piscataquis County Commissioners are seeking qualified applicants for the full-time staff position of Receptionist for the District Attorney’s Office working 37.5 hours in-person weekly, beginning January 2025. Primary responsibilities will include answering telephones, data entry, filing and related tasks. Proficiency in the use of a computer and ability to learn different software applications required.
Applicant must be a high school graduate or equivalent required. Applicant must pass a full fingerprint-based criminal background check and motor vehicle background check.
Applications can be picked up at the Piscataquis County Commissioners’ Office at 163 East Main Street, Dover-Foxcroft, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Please return completed application, resume with cover letter, and photocopy of a valid Maine Driver’s License or State of Maine ID card to the Piscataquis County District Attorney’s Office no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 5, 2024. The position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
