The Town of Wells is seeking a half-time Library Assistant II – Technical. This position is responsible for the provision of circulation services, for shelving and maintaining the library collection, and for readers’ advisory and reference services. The individual in this position is required to perform all similar or related duties.
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and experience equivalent to: a two-year college with an associate degree; one to three (1-3) years related work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. In addition, the candidate must be able to get along with others in a professional manner in the workplace.

The Town of Wells offers an excellent pay and benefit package. This is a 20 hour per week position with a starting hourly wage of $20.49 - $24.70, based on experience.
