The Town of Brunswick Public Works Department seeks exceptional candidates for the position of Mechanic.

This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of light- and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. The preferred candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Class B commercial driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one within six (6) months of hire, is required.

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) with a pay range of $26.99 to $34.24 per hour, plus an additional $0.25 per hour for each ASE Series T (Medium-Heavy Truck) certification.  The Town of Brunswick offers an excellent benefit package including options for health, dental, and life insurance, short-term disability, retirement plan choices, paid vacations, sick time, and paid holidays.
